for me, it’s guitar and writing. it gets all my emotions out!

excellent question. for me it's writing when i feel stationary and dancing when i need a quick release
that’s cool! i like writing too. it really helps me.

My outlets are art and crafts, writing poetry, distracting myself on 7 cups. And crying😁
i love poetry, i kinda do it when i write lyrics for my band. although it’s been awhile since that’s mostly the vocalists job
