I have not heard that one before but for me I do not see the connection.

Perhaps with a clearer example of how a person see the connection would shed light on their theory.

Everyone experiences anxiety! Anxiety can be be from something good like graduation. The first day of school, you know those butterflies in your stomach? It's part of anxiety. Anxiety is real!

I think that anxiety and gratitude aren't mutually exclusive. I'm very grateful for the wonderful woman who raised me and laid down every brick of my path with her own worn hands. I'm anxious that I won't be able to rise to the standard she set. A personal example alone.

@CocoPinkCrow i straight up hate when someone blatantly rejects your problems.really big problem we have as a society too.

@CocoPinkCrow The 'can't' seems a bit extreme<3 Gratitude can help with anxiety in a sense that it takes away the focus from the fears or triggers and direct it towards the abundance of all the nice things, moments and people. But it is very much possible to suffer from anxiety even when we're grateful.

not sure if it’s mocking me, or just always trying to g to be better or make me feel small. Thank you for the feedback. I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks, can’t really control them.. I also not that I am grateful for many things. I appreciate everyone’s time. :). Hopefully everyone was able to enjoy the beautiful full moon.
