Use affirmations: Affirmations can help you focus on solutions rather than problems, which can improve your mindset and help you carry more positive energy. 

Set goals: Set goals and break them into smaller, more manageable pieces. Achieving these smaller goals can boost your confidence. 

Practice self-kindness: Practice self-kindness and look for the good in others.

@softHand4817 One simple way I spread positivity is by given someone else a simple compliment. Even if I have never meet them before. It cheers them up and a boost of self-confidence. The compliment can be as simple as I like your outfit, or I like your shoes. It's a small thing that makes a difference.
