It's easier to talk to other people when I'm not so much in my head. It's better when I'm not engulfed in my universe. Everything expands​

Oh god this is the fifth time ive been here today, I think I might be addicted to growth steps.

I've learned to stop being so critical ofmyself and others. It's important to view myself and others as complex beings with many feelings, contradictions, inconsistencies and varying opinions in an ever-changing dynamic way. Individual humans cannot be simplified into stereotypes or lists of attributes and must be approached with an open mind and an open heart.
