Thing I've learnt is never give up on anything in life...But give up on the Idea of Giving up!laugh

convivialOcean5515 June 6th, 2015

I learned to think of everyone as people instead of the specific actions they perform.

This has been particularly helpful when dealing with my family- I know that, in their heart of hearts, they love me. But how they act on those feelings isn't a healthy way of doing things. And reminding myself of the fact that they're human too puts things in perspective for me.

At step#200. I learned the important of self-discipline. Mostly we sufferbecause we can't handle or control our emotion or our thought. Thus, to solve this problem, we should learn to control minor things such as self-discipline in our daily life. It helps, trust me.
