Today I learned that when I talk to people, they don't know I am anxious about being in a social situation. They are not thinking I'm being weird and I'm probably not making them uncomfortable. I am going to be open to the idea of trying to make connections with people, even if there is something in my head telling me I'm not good at it!
I used to be where you are, and congrats on taking this step! It helps knowing that people might just be acceptive of you.
There are some people, who would listen and make you happy. Even if you have to look for them for half a year, over hundreds of others. It's worth it.

There was a point when the voice in my head was totally mute. It's back and that keeps me sane. It's my happy voice of reason.
