I have learned that is okay to be frightened even though that it feels like weakness.
@CrazyMinxi That is a wonderful thing you learnt <3 you should be proud <3 after all , getting frightened makes you stronger <3
I feel much better when I have someone who listens. It is nice. Although not everyone was meant to be a listener. I need input not just an ok. :)

I have two regular listeners I love here and I just got my first psychiatrist and am on a treatment plan! :) I am learning that things really will be okay.
