I haven't cut in over a week. Even when I was really depressed I managed to stop myself! :) For me this is a major milestone.

Going to sign up for a program that will allow me to get out everyday and take classes.

It's hard but I know that I'm the one at fault here. I cheated and I'm dealing with the consequences. I'm working to better myself and regain his trust. It's hard and it's scary but I need to keep moving forward.
I'm proud of you for facing the consequences of your actions, and working on a goal that will mend the bond between you and your partner. It's a tough thing when trust is violated (I am dealing with this right now too, you are not alone), but it is not impossible to earn forgiveness and together, move forward stronger than ever. I learned today that the first step to progress is forgiveness. I have had so many setbacks lately, but when I finallyforgave the person who I unconsciously blamed for most of what happened, my heart felt so much lighter and I feel happier than I've been in weeks. Hatred takes so much from you, but love and forgiveness is what drives progress towards a brighter future.
