I am now on step 227 on the Growth Path. The Growth Path is absolutely wonderful!!! I continue learning about myself. During the "learning section" I learned about my disorders, other disorders, interpersonal relationships, and so many ways to help myself and others and have shared much of what I learned with friends and family. I use what I learned in my everyday life.

While I have practiced mindfulness in my everyday life and meditated, the Growth Path meditations took me to a much higher level. The variety is wonderful.

Things I personally do/did on the Growth Path is:
* I performed the exercises and saved the pages when they showed charts to fill in etc. Some of the exercises you work on for a week or longer. I have used some as is, and others I adapted for other situations.
* I took notes about each section in my own words either in 7 Cups notes or on my computer. I just added folders for the sections of the Growth Path and added notes under the folders.
* I made note of the url of the meditations so I can access them at any time. The meditations are INVALUABLE to me! I use them SO often and truly believe the meditations should be available to everyone. They have made SUCH a difference in my life!
* I saved images that were positive or taught new concepts.

After a certain point on The Growth Path, the sections on "learning" ends. You then have choices to message in group support, message a listener, make an entry in the Gratitude Journal, do a meditation. After about 10 steps of doing the Growth Path in this format I really enjoyed it. I realized that I was using everything I had learned in the Growth Path and was talking to listeners more often, discovering new meditations etc.

Personally I think everyone should do the Growth Path at their own pace. At least try it. You learn so much about yourself in so many ways, especially if you are mindful while doing the Growth Path.

A question on the Growth Path was to post my favorite part of the Growth Path. I enjoyed learning new concepts, learning how to cope with my disorders, and the meditations. All in all the entire Growth Path is one of my favorite parts of 7 cups. It is a GREAT addition and I am so thankful it is here!!

Those mindfulness audios are sometimes better than the listeners.

Well, I have low self-confidence, so I recently accepted myself and decided no one is going to change that. This week I've assisted to school and I didn't feel ugly in front of other girls.

This past 2 days have been an accelerated push forward. Many times, I have felt as if I'm just running myself in the ground by just trying to keep up with everything around me. In a sense, "too many mind". By gaining to step 10, I have learned to focus on there and now and calm myself by understanding and felling the sensation of the present and focusing solely on that to find my center. I've known what it does for me, but having it guided during this time of turmoil has been such a pleasure and breath of fresh air. Thank you.
