I learned to try and take things slowly, to live life to your fullest, that I'm worth it and that there are some things that are not worth dealing with because I'm so much better and I deserve more.

I also learned that I need to find a time to relax and do the things that I like to do, and that there is an answer for everything, so I should never lose hope.
