In Peer Appreciation Program, we have star leaders, and all the star leaders work together under shared leadership. Read here about it.

What's the criteria to become a star leader of the Peer Appreciation Program?

1) You need to have served as a smile spreader in the team for one or more months.

2) If you express interest to be a star leader, you'd be given additional tasks by an existing star leader. If you show consistency with those additional tasks, and if the existing star leaders would be happy with your work, you'd eventually be announced as a star leader of the team!
