Looking to help and showing my appreciation to the universe

I'll try to keep it short, In Feb 2019 I was diagnosed with a Cavernoma in my Brainstem. It's been a long journey, I lost everything I had in my life, my condo, my girlfriend, my job as a Welder and a Millwright, I acknowledged myself as a "dead" person. Not going into details now, today, I'm recovered, done it by myself, no medication or surgeries, and I committed to myself that I always will be the happiest person in the room whatever the situation would be.

My gratitude to my sounding, myself, my family and friends, universe is endless, I'm just thankful and looking for ways to give back.

The reason for this thread, please, by all means, if anybody needs help, spirutal help, just talk, please send me a message, It would be pleasure to help to anybody who needs. Any spiritual help, issuses with diseases etc... not sure if this is the right forum.
