The Self Talk
if you ever feel alone , take a deep breath and begin to self talk . because nobody else knows you better than you do . you know your feelings , you know your pain , you know your struggle . therefore it is necessary to build a healthy relationship with the self . if you keep talking negatively to the self , like - im worthless , im useless , im ugly etc etc , then you are building a toxic relationship with the self . so turn that around with the healthy and positive talk with the self . trust me on this , you will not need anyone else <3

I feel this is vital when conquering the effects of gaslighting. Went through a toxic relationship that has now led me to focus on this very aspect. Cementing my identity and sense of self and that my reality, my feelings and thoughts are valid. That I, myself, am true and my boundaries and consent are true to me.
