Idk what to title this
My mom just got mad at me....for saying hi loudly over the phone bc she couldn't hear me, and apparentl that is attitude,I get she had a tiring day,but i slept fo 30 minutes woke up and went up in the mountains with my school trying to learn to snowboard, i slamed my face into the ground so many time and now it hurts to move my head, and may I add that her yelling at me for saying hi, made me cry, and then I had to come home and babysit my sister who is old enough and perfectly capable of taking care of herself.

Sorry to hear about the tough day you’ve had. It sounds like a lot to handle, especially when you are already in pain. I can see how being yelled out after having such a tough day would have made you cry. Maybe spending the rest of the night practicing some self-care can be nice <3💜
