What if....???

How do you stop dwelling on what if thoughts and then regrets??


I am consumed by these thoughts and then after wasting so much time thinking I regret wasting so much time and then start the vicious cycle.....


Does anyone know how to break this!

You could try Mindfulness, it can take as little as 10mins and you can do this every time you are

'consumed'.

I experience something similar sometimes and what really helps me is mindfulness. Learning to focus on the present and the things around you really helps get out of that negative headspace. It might be worth giving a go 😊
