What motivates you to keep going even when you may feel down and hopeless? What gives you the strength to get up in the morning and persevere?

Knowing that my family and friends are there for me! They are all incredibly supportive. I know that even if I'm having a rough day, week, or even month, just thinking about the support system that I have can help me persevere. Also engaging in the hobbies that I enjoy helps. If I am ever feeling down, going for a run or painting can truly make me feel a lot better :)

@BraveBella Similar to you, my support system helps me persevere on days when I feel down. It's great that your family and friends are so supportive. I also find running to be therapeutic, along with reading, hiking, and coloring. Another way I persevere is by viewing each day as a a new oppurtunity, a chance to start fresh..although it can be difficult to have this mindset. I'm a big quote person, so I sometimes even write quotes on my mirrors to motivate me.

As simple as it is, I always remind myself of every other day I have felt like I couldn't keep going. I look back on those days, and remember everything positive that followed even though I was so convinced it wouldn't. It doesn't necessarily make me feel a lot better, but it helps me calm down when I feel really stuck.
