attention! very important for everyone!!
A lot of posts on here get zero replies. People seem to go for like 'popular' people's posts or for the titles that stand out, which is understandable but this isn't social media. if you're feeling like replying and supporting someone, try to give kind words to someone who doesn't already have eighty replies on their posts asking for help. everyone needs support.
love you guys, have a wonderful day, and remember there are always people here for you :)
Hiya @linvi nice to meet you! It's so nice to see people care and thank you for reminding the community users to look out for everyone seeking support.
It's indeed quite sad when some threads don't get as many supportive responses, but we can all try doing our bit and share some more kindness along the way.
There's a Needs Reply Filter available too, which shows threads that haven't recieved any replies, and it's convenient to hop on to this list and start replying to people, not just to "reply" to them, rather to offer as much support and compassion as possible. Different topics to pick and choose from too, based on everyone's comfort zone and shared experiences. Here: https://www.7cups.com/community/#needsreply
We have a needs reply team too, working on this list and it's always helpful to have more amazing people join us in making more of our peers feel heard, because, of course, every little bit counts and one doesn't have to serve a leadership role or do something really massive or grand here to make a difference, kindness can be conveyed through the simplest, most smallest gestures too. And it makes all the difference too. 🥰
Again, thank you for this reminder, so thoughtful of you. I hope together we can all try to make each other feel more heard, seen, supported and appreciated~ and promtly hehe. Wishing you a great weekend! 💛
@linvi I’m not sure who you are addressing. This isn’t a “club” of people who have some agenda. There are just individuals here. There are posts I answer and posts I don’t for probably more reasons than I can count. But demanding that people behave as you think they should might result in a result opposite to what you might want.
I think a lot of people don't know to or don't think often about changing the way the forum posts are sorted.
