i would like to ask if any of u have dealt with anxiety in school and didn't want to cause a scene, sometimes my hand would start shaking out of nowhere and i don't know what to do. i can't go to the bathroom/toilet because i haven't ever in my life asked for permission to go, so they would immediately know there is something wrong. Any tips please?

@mainlyyannoyed Hello! I hope you're doing okay. I'm sorry to hear that you are dealing with some anxiety. 😞 Have you talked to anyone about how you're feeling? You don't have to go through this alone 💜 I think in regards to the bathroom - it would be okay if you ask to go! There's no shame in it and just because you've never asked to go before doesn't mean they would think something is wrong if you start asking now. I want you to know that we are here for you if you would like to speak with a Listener at any time! I hope this helps!
