Why can't I meet someone like them?

I just saw someone who has the most beautiful personality that I have ever seen. I want to know why I can't meet someone like them? I hope I can. I am moving on in my life to a new city, a bigger city, and starting a new job, and I am ready. If I met someone like them, I would be ready. It isn't looks. It is a glowing personality that would capture my heart. Wish me luck.

You can meet someone and knowing the personality is key..... so many are looking for outside looks or things and find later the personality is not that great.
you are ahead of the game in seeing that personality really is the key so it should be easier for you to find a person.
