Hello there, I need your idea.

When I'm talking with more than one person , I want to use "guys" but their other genders too, so I say "guys and girls and thems or theirs". But that's too long, do we have a gender neutral word for this situation? Something that contains all genders? Cuz if I only say "thems" I haven't considered male & female.
