Good Day, Everyone!

First thread! Let’s party! 🤪


I am having a rather horrible month… to spare the details, I have (anxiously), decided that I need to look into therapy. I am not the richest, and am going to run my insurance through some options… How has treatment helped you?


Secondly, I am praying to get my hands on some medication to be able to control this wild brain of mine… due to some contacting issues, I need to look outside of my family doctor I use, but am clueless on where medication can be prescribed on a short/long term basis…


I am sitting in a mental bubble of emotions, and should be able to live life to the fullest, but instead am causing myself a lot of unnecessary stress/worry.


Drop your positive energy!!! Need to live and not care what others think…or use the old “sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me!” No matter what mind game these people play on me….
