The fresh feeling after yoga

I was feeling angsty and my mood was very unstable. Feeling so much better after doing my yoga and deep breathing practice, really grateful for that. It helps me stay grounded and continuing to show up in life while living in a stressful environment.

Yes, yoga is helpful. I do some simple yoga with deep breathing. I've been practicing it for a while and it gets easier over time. Maybe start with something manageable and then make progress? I have been doing pretty much the same routine over the years but recently it feels a bit easier. Thank you for asking, hope you can practice it! <3
