Stress

I'm stressed out by moments.

Reminder. I had a happy walk...my dog and I went home feeling regulated.

Right now, I'm feeling copious amounts of shame.

I hear making a 'comfort' box, closet, or shelf or something can help with that.

The general idea seems to be something one can slip into, slip on, sip up, eat and enjoy that brings comfort.

Some examples one woman gave is a silk robe, some bangles, an organic tea, some fancy biscuits, a box of chocolate truffles, a nice natural lotion, and a new book.

During this time in history there was also a check up on one's 'stash'. Women 'in the know' would go over what's in their pantry and freezer; herbs, canned foods, medicinals, treats. Could you  add something to yours?

It was also around the time of Candlemas. So along with the pantry and freezer, women coveted their collection of beeswax candles. Maybe there's a candle you could find that you like the shape and smell of that you can light and let guide you every day.
