- stress: by talking to my friends or family about it, drawing, writing, playing horror games
- depression: it's not what many people describe it to be, a huge sadness. It's more like a hole in my chest, weighing me down emotionally and physically, an emptiness. what helps me is doing things that i enjoy, and when i can't get up for half the day again I motivate myself to take care of myself with something nice. and then head back to bed. not every day can be a good day.
- anxiety: feeling as if something is my fault, someone caught me lying and just generally when I feel helpless. I remind myself to take a deep breath, tell myself that it's going to be okay, and try to distract myself.
- general well-being: making sure to take care of myself, mentally and physically (when I can). Such as eating, showering, doing something creative or venting to someone I trust.
