let me tell you how .

there was once a girl who used to wake up everyday and stand in front of her mirror . she used to look at herself and smile . she would hug herself tight and give herself a kiss . she used to talk to the girl in the mirror . she would say , " im pretty ." she did this everyday .

one day a mean boy comes by and calls her ugly . she looked at the boy and gave him a warm smile . she replied , " im pretty " , and walked away with grace .

this little story is of my roommate . i leant self love from this incident . all i wanna say is , we must know WHO and WHAT we are . and we must remind that to ourselves every single day . that way no one can ever take our confidence and peace away <3
