Is there someone else who has experienced this? It began suddenly last night and led to a panic attack. It fuels anxiety

I think that's what I experience at times, mostly when congested and has taken a while to clear up after flying too. I occasionally get ringing as well.
For me, it's mostly just an annoyance but it's relatively mild and infrequent. What about it makes you anxious?
Others have posted about tinnitus in Disability Support before, often worse than mine.
