Overwhleming Loneliness

Hi everyone. Nice to meet everyone! Unfortunately my own life is recently met with a lot of roadbumps and obstacles. I am also going through an intense amount of loneliness that I am unable to deal. I break into tears and feel very alone at times. This comes in bouts. How are you guys doing? Do you think we can talk? Looking forward to all your responses
