New and confused
Hi, I'm a new listener. There are many buttons and dialogue pop ups and callout boxes. I'm finding it hard to navigate around the app. Mentor, forum everything I'm learning baby steps. Still haven't had a proper chat with any member. Started a convo but memeber dint respond at all
Could anyone help in hierarchy what I should be doing a s new member here?

I made a mistake. I chat with two people yesterday and today. I introduced with my own name. I forgot about my 7cups handle. Is it going to be a problem?

@Chilakammalistens Listeners are not supposed to reveal, what is said in chats between members.
If you ever need help with a chat, you can go to the Listener Support Room, and get help from a Chat Supporter or Peer Supporter.
You can ask questions.
You also have to be careful not to triangulate.
Traingulation is when you involve too many people, at the same time, that it forms a triangle. That is something, you want to stay away from.
One thing, I recommend is getting a mentor.

- Mentors can be really helpful when you're new here! They can help you find your footing and answer any listener questions that you may have.
- Coaches can help with more specific Listener issues on a more short term basis. They can help with things like active listening skills etc.
- Listener Learning Threads can be super helpful in learning more about specific things to do with our listener journey
