Hiya @Purplypurple, lovely to meet you! 😊

I don't have a specific music taste either and I like being not-limited about that, I like listening to music depending on mood, sometimes it's the lyrics that catches my attention, other times the music and beats play on loop haha!

Some artists/ bands who have stayed constant/ my go-to though are Taylor Swift, Linkin Park, Queen, Coldplay, One Direction, The Chainsmokers, Mokita, Lauv, Kygo, Lorde, Maroon 5, Avicii and Bruno Mars (right at the top of my head haha) and I'm sure many more I cannot currently recall!

Can listen to pretty much anything I can vibe with! XD

What's a song you heard recently and liked?💜

Nice to meet you, @Purplypurple !

I love writing, and when I discovered that some musical artists write their own songs I started getting more and more interested in the lyrics. That improved my English a lot more than school could ever do!

If you're into lyrics too, I'd suggest Taylor Swift. She has made songs in a lot of different genres, and they are all written with extreme care and skill. Especially her albums folklore and evermore are a perfect example of beautiful songs written in a refined language but that can effectively tell engaging stories.

If you're into pop music, I'd suggest you Demi Lovato. She has made songs in different genres too (pop, rock, r&b) and I adore her powerful voice. Other artists I like in pop music are Kelly Clarkson, P!nk and Imagine Dragons.

If you like pop/rock/punk you can check out Avril Lavigne, but also Skye Sweetnam and her band Sumo Cyco. The latter are a bit unknown to most people but their songs have deep lyrics, fun music, and Skye's voice can range from the sweetest lullaby to the angriest deepest growl.

If you want to take a look into classic, timeless love songs, you can go listen to Michael Bublé. He doesn't write much original songs but he has made hudreds of covers of old songs. Most of them have a jazz style, but his deep, beautiful voice, make them stand out.

These were only a few of my favorite artists. I hope you'd like to check them out!
