Messages disappear?

I just joined and so far have tried the AI chatbot and a chat with a listener. But when I go back to re-read them I noticed that large portions of the conversations are gone. Is that supposed to happen?

hey bunny! 7 cups used to keep only the last 30 messages of each chat in order to keep the chats fully confidential, but there has been an update changing that given many users had issues similar to you and would want to be able to access their earlier messages
if you are using the mobile app unfortunately this update doesn’t seem to have been applied there but you should be able to access those earlier messages on the website by scrolling up and clicking on “load previous messages”
