Looking resources on reframing negative thought to positive

Hello buddy 

Recently I came across how we can pick our negative thinking. 

Reframe it into positive sentence.

Theoretical I am clear but when trying to apply 

I am failing. 

So anyone have example on it. Pls share.

Reframing negative thoughts into something positive can feel like a challenge at times, but I'm happy to see you trying and wanting to learn more about it! 

Okay, example, let's try-

"I am failing" <-> "So hey, I learned about a newish concept and I've been trying to put into practice, so far not the results I was hoping to see but then again it's new for me, and my brain is accustomed to thinking a certain way, it may need more time and patience and encouragement in helping me see things in a different light but I'm hopeful with consistent efforts and showing myself grace along this learning curve I'll be able to do and feel better about it." Hehe or anything that sounds more "realistic" to you for you.

I feel, reframing into something positive doesn't mean we burdenn ourselves to feel the positivity if it isn't significantly felt in a certain situation, but simply to create a little room for it, acknowledging it and trying for it. 

Whatever works for you, really, there's no set way of doing things meant to comfort us or bring us some positivity. We can always try and experiment what works. Making consistency and patience our best friends on the journey, and hey, if self-compassion can be onboard too, it's going to be a lot better!💛

Yes self aware. Keeping patience will make learn. 

Not forcing to think positive won't work.
