Lessons from 2024 [ from WTU]

For someone else's sake and yourself, you need to focus on becoming the best version of yourself before you can fully give to someone else, it's not about withholding love, it's about ensuring when you do give it, you are offering something whole, something healed and something real.

Breakups are wild.

You don't just grieve the person; you grieve the future you imagined with them, the version of yourself you thought you'd become by their side. You grieve the inside jokes, the routines, the comfort, and the familiarity. Peace is found in knowing that letting go of what wasn't meant for you creates space for what is.

Never underestimate the healing power of long solo walk.

Joy deserves as much as attention as struggle .

Stop chasing quick validation, choose the path of slow, steady sustainable growth instead.

Loyalty has limits, protecting your peace must be prioritized over protecting someone's feelings

Journaling meditation stretching really helps

May the silent battles of 2024 turn into 2025's loudest Victories.
