@DamagedDad89 Hello! One way to deal with this is to find positive things about yourself that you like. It can range from your body to your personality. Making goals to change are maintain something about yourself is great too! You are doing great! Believe in yourself!

motivational quotes definitely help! I suggest finding some to read every morning to feel better about yourself! Try thinking of what exactly you don’t like about yourself and improving it! For example if you don’t like your weight you can start exercising and getting a healthy diet.

I’m having trouble finding things I like about myself, I recently found out my wife was having an affair with a guy that is very similar to me. Like he’s like me 2.0. He likes the same stuff has pretty much the same job only higher up the chain. Ever since that night I found out, I can’t find a single thing about myself that I’m impressed with. I used to be the opposite. I’ve definitely lost my mojo and now I just feel like I’m existing instead of living. And oh yea, I’m still desperately in love with my wife even after she did that. So there ya go I’m also pathetic.
