Hi, I'm a young professional dealing with repercussions from a near death experience and some deep rooted anxiety which showed itself in workaholic behavior and inability to speak up and have a voice.

I'm in a transition period, very unused to it. I'm a Christian, so I'm grateful for prayer if you think of it.
