Frustrated and sad

I'm feeling very frustrated right now. With work, with myself, with life, with everything. I just want to get out. I want to escape. I wanna go someplace where no one knows me and I know no one. I want to go raise goats in the mountains and just feel the cold air in my hair and my lungs. I wanna scream until I'm hoarse. I want to run until I can't breathe. I want to hit things until my arms grow heavy with fatigue.

@confusedRaven6140 It is very reasonable to feel overwhelmed when you have a hectic scheduale like that as well as feel the need to be closer to nature. Please try to not make any decisions while you are still frustrated. Give yourself some time to relax and think about it again with a clear mind. Also don't hesitate to talk with a listener if you need to vent. We are here for you. Thank you for sharing!

This is your body's way of telling you need to do something to relax and have some fun in your life and just get away from all of your responsibilities for a while. Just try to plan to do something you enjoy for a day or more if you can. Put relaxation in your life regularly and you will become better able to deal with the challenges of life. If you can't do this, you might need the help of a therapist or a listener to help you.
