Embarrassing Regrets?

Just a question if anyone else ever experiences anything like that, I know for me I kind of hate how I just never admitted I had feelings for this one girl I knew back in high school.

I've tried to talk to her again just to see how she was doing, but it seems like they've forgotten me entirely. I knew she didn't like me like that, but sometimes I feel as if I should have confessed just to get it off my chest.

Even though it almost feels really silly for me just now to feel bad about such a thing so many years later. I guess I haven't been able to get her off my mind recently for some reason.

@UnsungTangerine

There was a line from a movie that says  "The biggest regrets we have are things we did not do."

if you just wanted it out there you have shared here  ... but if you regret because you have an idea that things would have worked out in a Disney sort of way ... then it may not be good.

I think everyone regardless of how they feel should be told they were in your thoughts or they had some sort of effect on you.... I missed out telling people early in life things i probably should have ...... do i think it would have made a big difference ... NO but it feels good to tell someone they were an influence one way or another.
