Does she like me or is she just super friendly (please help, confusion has taken over me and I'm starting to go crazy :D)

So, let me give you a little back story. I've liked this girl for about a month, I know not a long time, but I like her a lot. A friend of mine told me that she (the girl I like) said that she also likes girls, so I thought "there's my chance". About a week and a half ago I finally got the courage to react to a story she posted on *** of a Song she liked and we kinda started talking. The second day of talking, I told her who I was and that we played volleyball in PE sometime ago. She said that she remembered me and then asked me if I wanted to come find her the next day at school. Being my awkward *** and knowing that I'd probably chicken tf out and not go, I told her to come find me instead since I'm always inside my classroom and rarely come out. Well, she did, but I didn't really went to talk to her, so she began talking with a friend of hers. We shared tons of looks, smiles, and waves through out the whole day and I felt magical.

But, I haven't gotten the chance to see her in person ever since then, because that was the last day before we closed for the holidays and we haven't yet opened. Anyways, when the last school day ended and we went home, she texted me first saying "Hiiii" with lots of i's and we started talking yet again. That same thing went on for the days to come, she almost always texts me first, she sends me good morning and goodnight texts and so do I, but significantly less than she does, because as I mentioned before, I'm shy and socially awkward af.

Yesterday, I finally got the courage to ask her to meet up next week and she responded "Yesss!" and today she posted a story that said "My 2022 favourite people" and she included me in there as well! And we have only been speaking for a week. And in the first week of talking, we were joking around and I said something about fleeing the country and she responded with "Noooo, I'm not going to survive without you".

But, one time she mentioned a guy from her class, calling him "he's an ***, but he's pretty ***", and that's when the confusion began? Wtf? Why did she mention this guy? Does she even like girls? What the ***? Please help me, I'm extremely confused.
