Anyone else have a hard time forgiving themselves for things in the past? I'm struggling right now. I want to get closure on the issue, but how? Any positive advice is welcomed. Thank you.

@intuitiveHickory2911 Dwelling on the past or focusing on the future can make you lose sight of the present. This can make you feel like time flies and you are not enjoying the present moment. Holding on to someone who hurt you in the past can ruin your life in the present. Instead of dwelling on the person who caused you pain, forgive them. Focus on what's in front of you and put all the pain and blame behind you. If someone has hurt you, learn to forgive and forget. Living in pain doesn't punish the person who hurt you, it just traps you in the past.
