How do you move on, when you don’t know how too. How do you come to terms with decisions to be made and you don’t know if you should because you’ll loose yourself and part of you. I don’t know what to or where to go.
Maybe a good place to start is to ask yourself the question "What do I want?"
By giving yourself a sense of direction, you can start to take baby steps in that direction.
Set some realistic expectations for yourself. Give yourself permission to sometimes feel sad, or frustrated, or uncertain... depending on your situation.
Don't expect that you're suddenly just going to arrive at your final destination. Unrealistic expectations aren't particularly helpful. Just know that whatever goals you have for yourself, moving on, takes work, and probably a lot of inner reflection. Look for something positive to aim for and try to keep that in your sight.
