Looking for support to reach my goals
My most immediate goal is to seek professional counseling. I'm 21 years old and have struggled with depression for the majority of ly life. Ive never received a diagnosis.
I'm currently struggling with intense feelings of self hatred on a daily basis which have made it hard for me to leave my house. Generally I don't leave unless I have to work.
I really want to grow and be happy. I play video games and enjoy art and literature. I'm an aspiring vegan. I try to stay positive. I really don't know what I'm looking for here, im just reaching out anywhere i can right now because i really don't want to regret my life... Thank you for reading!
