Looking for grief/loss support

I recently lost my parents by choice. My mother is an alcoholic and my stepfather enables her entirely. They have always been abusive and manipulative. Most recently they put my life in danger and crossed multiple boundaries, including breaking into my home with a gun.

I don’t know how to process such a painful loss and don’t have much of a support system. I would love to talk with others who have advice or shared experiences.
