Listener to help with social anxiety

I am struggling with anxiety when it comes to finding a girlfriend, I have many past reasons this is so difficult for and I just need a listener who can talk me through everything and able to appreciate that my past is not what needs to be talked about but how I can approach a woman and find a girlfriend.
