I will start with this riddle:
What is easy to get into, but hard to get out of?

It's a good answer, but in my case it goes into someone's mouth dry and hard, and comes out of someone's mouth wet and soft.. so sponge doesn't quite fit that as well

Here's a normal one for a change again, although it might be a bit difficult, but let's see.
When men are in sore trouble
