I think in chats, "hello" would be the top most that comes for me! 😮

I like that this question actually made me stop and think 😌 I'd say emojis lol I try to add a lovely light hearted energy to my messages and sometimes just 1 emoji can show the sincerity 💙

I'd say the word I use most in a conversation is probably "like". I guess for one, I've gotten into the habit of using it whenever I can. (Even when I shouldn't like during a presentation haha). But I guess also because it's such a versatile word. You can use it in any context.
