If you could write a note to your younger self, what would you say in only three words?

I really love this note. Life comes with no guarantees, no time outs, no second chances. You just have to live life to the fullest! Tell someone what they mean to you and tell someone off. Speak out, dance in the pouring rain, hold someone's hand, comfort a friend, fall asleep watching the sun come up, act like an idiot, and smile until your face hurts. Don't be afraid to take chances or fall in love and most of all, live in the moment because every second you spend angry or upset is a second of happiness you can never get back. I really hope you have a happy future, you deserve it :) *penguin hug*

Indeed. Having the courage to speak your truth is sometimes difficult and scary. Don't be afraid to take a stand and defend yourself. Never allow another person (no matter who they are) the power to say things about you that aren't true. Set the record straight and move on.
