Hello all! Over the holidays, I divided my time between my offline career, my 1*1 conversations, and family. Now that Thanksgiving has passed (who else celebrated?), I’m ready to get back into my groove.

I love the gratitude and kindness that arises in November. A few things I’m grateful for are the compassion of family members, the privilege and blessing of shelter and safety where I live, and the gift of continued opportunity and experience. Also for cute puppies and holiday lattes.

Tell me what’s you’re grateful for in the comments! :) talk soon!

Aw that's nice to know, so many things to be grateful for. Cute puppies too hehe awww!😭

I'm grateful for life, my love ones and most things in between, it's so nice to take time to reflect on what you're grateful for, so currently also grateful for being able to feel and express *gratitude*.🥰

I don't think I've come across you on 7Cups before but I have to say it's very refreshing to be able to see someone like you being so proactive within the community.

Something I'm grateful for? Hmm, I'd say myself.

I've done a lot of self-reflection this year and I've concluded that I need to be kinder to myself because I've been through so much and yet I'm incredibly harsh on myself.

I'm turning 30 next month, and I'm done with punishing myself, so I've decided anytime I feel I need to criticise myself I'll need to come up with a positive statement about myself. Sounds impossible but it's worth trying!
