My brother is so mean
My brother constantly mistreat and humiliates me and my mother, he says that we are the worst family. I know we have issues, but we never treated him badly or in any agressive way, we always try to support his decisions and acquirements. I can't stop myself from thinking this is unfair, he never says anything positive about us, it's so exausting. If we try to speak up he gets angry, everything we do makes him angry! Everything have to be the way he wants, he acts as if everything is his and all the suggestions we make to improve our house is garbage. What do you think? Even if some of the complaints he has about us is true, it does not give him the right to humiliate and emotionally abuse us.

No one should be made to feel humiliated or mistreated in their home. I am sorry your brother is treating your family unfairly. Are you and your mother able to communicate about boundaries for your brother? What boundaries are the most important, do you think? Setting expectations of what is acceptable and what is unacceptable behavior could be a possible solution for peace within your home.
