Still strong
I have been binge free for 18 days now. Though some days I struggled. Today I am feeling proud of myself. I use my coping skills everyday and that has been a big part of my journey. I don't think I would have made it this far if I didn't use them. They have became a big part of my everyday life, and it has made this journey so much easier. I am so proud of the person that I have become. I never though that recovery was possible for me, I am glad that I have proved myself wrong.

I am also very proud of how well you managed! 🌸 it is normal to struggle at times but you are doing great! Would you mind sharing what coping skills and tools helped you to achieve this?
@globalBraid3744 In the morning I listen to calm mediation music and work on my journal. When I feel stressed I do a guided mediation and I also practice self care, and exercise to help boost my mood. I try and do things that I enjoy or use to enjoy. It has been importation to my recovery. Also having someone to talk to is very helpful.

These are all great strategies! Thank you for sharing it :) I also find that meditation and self-care practice can help a lot. It is very important to have someone to rely on and someone to whom we can tell anything and I am glad you have a person like this in your life! Keep it up, you are doing great.
