I'm thankful for having a kind and sweet family.

I don't have eating disorder. But yeah I'm trying to eat healthy so, 2 meals a day amd intermittent fasting.
What is something you want to believe about yourself that is good?
That I can be consistent and do what is most important to me ❤️

I am thankful I got to train a little bit this morning and I feel strong doing it
