I prepared an assignment that was given to me by my teacher at the university in pdf format, but it turned out that I need to send each assignment separately, but I have one common file.

I don't see a problem with this task. You can easily split a PDF file into several different pages, and for this you should use some special tool. I can recommend this PandaDoc pdf splitter to you, click the following link to learn more. It seems to me that for a student, this is an ideal site, as it is free and fast.

@summertimeSamness Dealing with distress and facing difficult emotions is tough, and sometimes having the right resources makes all the difference. The Tolerating Distress & Facing Feelings Workbook from the Centre for Clinical Interventions is a solid guide, but let’s be real—PDFs can be a pain to navigate, especially when you only need certain sections. I’ve found that pulling out just the pages I need helps me focus better, and for that, PDF page extraction tool from https://setapp.com/how-to/extract-pdf-pages has been a lifesaver. It’s super straightforward and saves time, especially when you want quick access to specific exercises instead of scrolling through the whole thing.
